MEMORIAL DAY:FUN IN THE SUN
We had some friends of our over to cook out today for Memorial Day...after all, what's memorial day without some kind of meat fresh off the grill? We had steak, baked potato, garlic bread, watermelon (which I still have yet to pick out a decent one-so frustrating!) and I made a new recipe (like mother, like daughter) : a corn salsa out of the new Kraft magazine for the summer. It was REALLY good! We finished it off with homemade icecream complete with all the toppings! YUM YUM!!!!!! My OB is gonna kill me when I weigh in next week :) The kids played in the pool and had so much fun together! Here are a few pics of them...
